When renting our house, you automatically agree and deemed committed the house rules listed herein and published on the booking platform.

Things are simple and rewarding! When committed to the following, you would be eligible to get a further discount / free nights on your coming stays!

1- Tampering the WiFi, Security system, HV, Smart lock or the Electric board are dangerous and would involve significant compensation value.

2. The USB sockets in the Electric cord extension are not suitable for charging any electric device. Please be careful not to damage your mobile phone, laptop or tablet. Please do not use these USB sockets.

3. Electricity in Egypt lately, might goes out for 60 minutes, usually between 5 pm and 6 pm. Our generators will turn on automatically to power the elevators (lifts) and the stairs. You are protected.

4. Check in and out are at 12 noon. Early check-in & Late checkout charges start from 10$ per hr would apply. Late checkout fee is charged at full night cost for checkouts after 5 pm.

5. The Riviera apartment is clean, neat, airy, sunny and smells good! ... Exactly the way you like it. please keep it like that when checking out.

6. A thorough inspection would be done upon your checkout, you would be charged for all losses, damages, malfunctions, mis-shaping and misplacement of any of the Riviera apartment furniture, electric devices, infrastructure, content, etc.

7. For Air-conditioning efficiency, please keep the room door closed when your turn the Air-condition on.

8. Electricity costs are included in your reservation within fair use policy. Extra Charges would apply for exceeding 4 KW/hr/ Night at a rate of 2 USD per KW consumed extra.

9. Despite we don't monitor your web surfing activities, you are liable by law to the Internet usage, website visited, internet activities, etc. Please use the WiFi Internet responsibly.

10. No unmarried couples. A proof of relationship might be requested by the compound security officers.

11. To ensure maximum security during your stay, please present your ID (and your accompanying persons IDs) for scanning by the compound security officers.

12. Riviera apartment is a peaceful community; we have zero tolerance to Fighting with neighbors or miscommunications.

13. For safety, please never share your apartment unlock password with anyone. We supported your safety with a security system. However, you are the ultimate responsible of your security.

14. You accept and comply to pay the compensation dues, if any, in case the Riviera Apartment Management team detected a damage, loss, incompliance with the house rules or inviting extra guests.
